Services
We have joined with community resources and other grassroots groups to provide services that folks need.
Food
We except food donations on Saturday morning. We always have the grill fired up cooking hot dogs or grilling bologna and cheese Sammies! See our Facebook page for our sign up genius for donations.
Housing
We have tents and emergency tarps when available. We offer contacts with the housing coalition and metro housing. We are currently working on a safe place for transient folks to camp.
Clothing
Thanks to our community, we have an abundance of clothing to share. If you are a returning citizen, or in need of any clothing items, please reach out to us.
Harm Reduction
We offer narcan, condoms, fentanyl testing strips and other harm reduction items. We offer Hep A vaccines in conjunction with the Licking County Health Department
Health Care
We hope to soon partner with some medical professionals in the community to offer BP screenings and Doctor visits on the corner!
Volunteer
We have many volunteer opportunities and welcome everyone that wants to help! We can't do this without the support of our amazing community, and we have been so overwhelmed by the love, support and donations! Thank you Newark and Licking County.

Newark Homeless Outreach
We started out as two Moms doing a coat drive, and that evolved to many Moms and a few Dads with a hot dog grill on the corner!
We currently serve a hot meal every Saturday morning from 12-2 in the winter, and 10-12 in the summer. We provide hygiene items, clothes, harm reduction and resources for addiction, jobs and housing.
Newark Homeless Outreach seeks to embrace, educate and empower those whose lives have been impacted by homelessness, poverty or addiction.
